With this i have about a 100 points left, what would you suggest me getting and what loadouts would be best for the dreadnoughts?

That is kind of the point. The story is that this is a list for my gf, who will be playing hh for the first time, against Big Greg, who wasnt very nice to her in the past. He is a very competitive player, and when my gf played her first 40k game he was tryharding a lot, lost, and kept saying she wouldnt have won without my help. This made her very sad and now she wants to get revenge by spamming him with dreads. After this grudge match were back to playing for fun, but for now Big Greg must get a beating

I would probably go for fist and gravis Las Cannons on two of them
The snippy claw on the levi is really evil this edition being brutal(3?)
You could go for on with double fists or a melta or Assault Cannon usw, there are a lot of great options
Go for all Dreadwing to reduce the impact plasma and volkite has on your dreadnaughts

Wow I'm not sure I've ever heard a better reason to curb stomp someone with a mean list haha
I think I'd do assault cannons/fists on all the dreads. Assault cannons are perfect all rounders, and fists let you not be a pushover in melee
