Personally not a great fan of praetors at such low point levels. That one model is close to 1/5th of your army.
If you really want to run a rite, grab a delegatus and have fun. They're not that restricted in what they can take.

If you're going to drop down to I1 for AP 2, maybe just as well take a power fist on the vet sergeant and give him a power dagger

Here's the updated version, dropping the Praetor for the Centurion and some wargear changes let me fit a Tac squad in there for some better board presence, and then I switched to power swords on the vet squad

Do the terminators need to be Lerneans? Could you switch to regular Cataphractii with combi-bolters and power axes and save even more points? If so, would it be enough to add maybe a small flamer support squad?

They don't necessarily need to be, but they're practically single handedly the model that got me into 30k
