General thesis is Noise marine shooting backed up with drop pod palatines for counter punch, trying to also keep the pivot into Maru Skara open as well, especially for the Lightning.

i posted a 3ce list with 2x rhino kakophoni and a unit of sun killers (and a kraken lightning) towards the beginning of these new list posts so you can check it out for a slightly different version.

couple thoughts what you could add: javelins are great value and if you bring sun killers, i think theyd work best in a bunker since a blast template is their biggest fear, and an aegis doesnt help there. void shield & ammo.

do you already have 20x palatine blade models? running 2 squads both in dreadclaws eats up a shit ton of your points. you might consider dropping 1 set in favor of more affordable assault marines. you could probably lose a phoenix spear out of each palatine squad if you really need to scrounge up points.

you almost certainly need to trim the kakophoni squads by 1 and bring apothecaries to cover their gets hot. they pay off every single game. Ive ended up dropping my Orchestrator AA since they have the rhino for protection early on, but thats only if you need to trim points.

you could also stand to bring some more scoring bodies so you dont have to throw your kakophoni forward, a tac squad of 10 dudes is never a bad call, with AA on the sarge (spear optional).

your army seems a little short on ranged elite killing, a plasma predator with machine spirit and no sponsons is my best suggestion for this role. drop a few ap2 3" templates on a squad of termies once your lightning pops their transport is chefs kiss

not really sure you need the 2nd dreadclaw, maybe a levi dread in a pod? theyre a nice midfield sponge that you dont really have. or maybe melta vets?
