I'm personally not a fan of the Deathwing upgrade; the Firewing one is pretty much always online since most squads have a sergeant.
Where are the primus medicaes going? With the veterans? If they're just going with power armored models then I don't see why you can't take a regular apothecary detachment.
I wonder if you're putting a bit too many points into the fragile units that are veteran tacticals. They're still just a 3+ save.

Dozer blade on the Spartan.
Volkites on the Leviathan.
Heavy bolter on the Deredeo. Only one of them. Even if pavaises do stack, which I'm not sure of off the top of my head, you'll never get enough models within range of both while actually having a board presence - and the point is to give Cataphractii a 3++ or something, not to give some random tacticals 3+/6++ (in which they'll die very, very rapidly anyway). Thus, give the one Deredeo one of the missile launchers.
Machine-killer Veterans should have melta, not plasma. They do not need nor should they have power swords. Power fist on the Sergeant. No Scion upgrade.
You do not need more than one squad of them. That five-man veteran tactical squad costs more than an entire squad of Cenobium, before the transport.
Apothecaries exist. At the moment, you only need one Primus Medicae and he needs to be in Cataphractii to join your Praetor and his Companion squad.
As well, the Praetor should have a combi-grenade launcher with stasis shells instead of a combi-plasma.

That should free up 400-600pts. I recommend Cenobium in a Land Raider.
