A few questions!

One, why 3500 instead of the normal 3k?

Two, no Sekhmet Terminators. The termie praetor, termie Librarian, and 10 brick of Sekhmet Terminators all in a Spartan goes insane

Three, how, exactly, are you getting that many prime slots in your first detachment....?

My friend and I are just going a bit above the normal, we wanna try higher points.
Why use the Terminators? They only get a 1" set up because of heavy.
Magnus gives all troops prime if they all have arcanas. It's from the Sire of the Thousand Sons rule.

As for the Termies? You get a 10 inch move with a Spartan, a roughly 1.5 inch disembark due to the base size, and then a 6 inch move, all before your 1 inch step-up and then charge. Unless your opponent is castling heavily (looking at you, Imperial Fists and Iron Warriors) you're making a Turn 1 charge

Not to mention you honestly don't want to step up into combat with Sekhmets. You want to shoot the shit out of your opponent unless you're fighting something like Justaerin terminators with their spooky-ass banestrike bolters

I'm honestly still experimenting, but I'm finding a lot of luck with half the squad having twin lightning claws, and half having combi meltas and thunder hammers

Praetor has a combi melta and paragon blade, and librarian has a combi melta and force staff

#

Having things fight at multiple initiative steps is really good because if you're going into another beefy dedicated melee unit, your unit might get slapped before they can fight
