Upgrade the grav guns to shredders in a tss. They don't have relentless so when they move/disembark they can't shoot grav guns.

Chuck vexillas and artificer armour on your tacs squads. Bargain upgrades that really make em work. To get to 2.5k you want another scoring unit too, more if you play progressive scoring missions

Re your praetor, he doesn't really have a home. He could teleport with the warmonger, or you could swap to Company of Bitter Iron and he could jump in with your immortals. Would increase your scoring ability too

Yep is snap shots but you can't snap shot with blast weapons which grav guns are

Starting to take shape nicely.

I think you've got a few points on bad upgrades here, but I'm conscious that these might be personal preference or rule of cool.

Consider dropping the bayonets or your tacs and seekers. Also the hand flamers/power swords on your tacs sergeants are terrible lol. If you want to run a power weapon pick anything but a sword. I think this is applicable both mechanically and aesthetically for IH

I do think bitter iron would be better for this list if you've dropped the support squad. That immortal squads in the LR is your only tank to outflank and you don't really have any infantry that will benefit greatly on the stubborn.

CoBI will make your chara ters hit harder with hatred, and will give your iron father a home in the immortals

chuck on power mauls or axes. I use swords on my TS cos they look cool but I don;t think they fit IH aesthetic and they're naff anyway.

Re the hand flamers etc, drop them and the bayonets to start handing out artificer armour or upgrade the power weapons to power fists. Could also look at a cyber familiar for the moritat. Those are much better points spent.

If you are committed to bayonets, try cut other upgrades and turn them into chain bayonets. Much better at a bargain price
