yeah, i also have a drill list, but i take as many melta guns as I can in there
my speeders and rapiers should take out a medium tank or two per shooting phase
yeah but they wont help against terminators
I'm hoping to use sheer weight of fire to take them down
or I could replace the volkite on the hss with meltas
or missiles

Are you playing a straight 3k game or 3.5k which I thought was normal

Most games I’ve ever seen of Heresy have been at 3.5k to 4K
But I was asking have you and your opponent agreed on a point limit?
this is just a hypothetical list to maybe get units to run in the summer
never seen any heresy games between 2 people played at bigger than 3k outside of warhammer world

Personally I would suggest this list for 3.5K so you can gain a tank to keep your opponent occupied
Standard game size in HH is 3k. Some folks like going bigger tho
A few points on your list:
I've taken one of the techmarines out already
could take another out, run the HSS without the drill with a MoS?
Re armour/dreads/termies I think you'll do okay actually. Plenty grav, neutron blasters, and each termite has a 3 shot melta gun
You can't take hss without the drill in this RoW

Honestly the cyber familiar/boarding shield techmarines are cool but excessive and of limited use. You're better off slapping a cyber familiar on the breachers sergeant if you really want the 4++
could switch to morloks for a more shooting heavy focus

I'd look at running a dreadnought too. They have solid staying power which you need cos half your army is off the board, and they can drop some heavy fire power
I'm considering instead running a terminator iron father with morloks instead

delivery isn't a problem
It just makes them expensive
tempted to do a drill tho tbh, morloks can hold their own in shooting more than a regular command squad
Might not be able to fit the dread if you run the morlocks
Morlocks are just very short ranged, slow, and will be a bigger target before your Termites land
i do have a regular cata command squad, but them, my iron father AND a land raider normally adds up to over 700pts
could put that big block in, and then take out the HSS and replace them with more line and a contemptor
