Whats the reason for taking Librarians? Why not take say a master of signals or heralds and make them psykers, and stick them into the skyhunter units.

Wasnt really planning on reserving anything atm, herald could be interesting tho. This is one of three possible lists i might run, the other is white scar, and third is dark angel. Posted white scar not so long ago ad about to post dark angels. If you want to check them
