Basically these are Blackshields drawn mainly from Iron Hands who were scattered after Istavaan. My Iron Hands force have taken them as Mercenarys as any more Men are highly needed in this upcoming battle even if those men's honour is highly unscrutaple

Looks cool mate. The charnabal weapons and shields on the command squad is a wild combo lol

Only in death does duty end is pretty redundant mechanically - flesh is weak makes them fearless. Also narratively it might not reflect your force the best because it sounds like they're meant to be disgraced raiders? Maybe look at an oath like In Disgrace All Are Equal to show they are fallen heroes, or Spoils of Victory to show their nature as raiders
