What's the reasoning for having a gfb and a frost claw on varagyr thegn?

Drop the aether rune armour on everything but the caster of runes. Most of the time when a character gets hit it will be instant death so it’s not worth it. The only reason I leave it on the rune priest is because it gives a saver vs perils.

Drop the tac squad. Use the points to

  1. get some apothecaries for the slayer squads,
  2. remove the auto cannon on the contemptor for a lascannon
  3. Get an augary scanner on the recon squad and add 2 more bodies
  4. Put a vex on the 2nd slayer squad
  5. If you have points, a scorpius?
