so let me see if I've got this right: your list is:
-delegatus with retinue, 2x meltagun & hammer, 1x standard and hammer
-contemptor w/ melta & plasma fist
-1x15 assault w/ apoth
-1x15 despoilers
-1x10 tactiacls
-5x sun killers

every single unit in this list has an illegal number of weapons safe for the sun killers & dreadnought

#

now for the harder part:
-drop the sun killers, with how LoS blocking ZM is sun killers wont do you any favors.
-for the love of god its one weapon per hand why does half your army have an entire legions' aresnal of weapons each, with the damn delegatus looking like a fucking blood raven.

the core idea of the list is good (if you can id replace the cataphractii with tartaros terminators here, but thats me, and drop the extrenaous weapon options on everyone here, just 4 hammers is all they need.)
