Ok so this isn't a full list but I'm basically just getting a vague list done to plan what to get, that being said.

At 1500 points, making sure you have enough heavy weapons is tricky

#

Your best bet for killing terminators at this stage would be to make them face the business end of your land raider

I should maybe let you know that box dreadnoughts are extremely underrated pieces for heavy support

They do the same work as 5 guys with lascannons if you give them 2 arms of the things

Way cheaper than a contemptor and just as shooty

You'll probably be able to find them around ebay and etsy

You could also get a rapier battery of laser destroyers

Or if you want to kill vehicles for cheap, use a scout squad with meltabombs for a suicide run

Run them with a gun arm and a fist with an in-built something
