Basically, I'm not seeing a way for this to feel like a proper Wall defense, represent four legions to some extent and also have the AP to deal with anything tougher than a paper bag

Best thing I can think of at the moment would be adding meltagun support squads to the Angels, as they have a history with meltaguns and melta pistols
