Not sure how the Hurscarls teleport strike is worded, but be wary it might not allow your praetor to deep strike with them

Other than that, Medusa are horrendously bad compared to other artillery pieces, sadly

If you want big shells, you can use Morbus bombards that are tougher and reach S10 that enable them to threaten some T5, low save targets, for the same price.

Or do some kitbashing and count it as a scorpius
