#1k-1500 WE list suggestions wanted!

Can somebody help me with a 1k or 1500 list? I'm just looking to do a small army as a second legion and I'd love to do WE. Looking for fluffy and thematic as the main priority but I'm also lazy and just kinda want to see what people throw at me as far as lists go.

If you have a list already mad up or can guide me a bit please share!

I’d say start with 2x10 squads of despoilers and 2x5 squads of jump rampagers?
