Just to repeat myself: Either Rhinos or additional bodies in the Tac squads, with Apothecaries if you go the latter route. Probably some power weapons for the Vets. What kind of psychic discipline is the Librarian taking?

With all that I'd probably look into anti-armor. Just the one set of lascannons probably won't do ya at 2k.
