Well you are taking perty who is a beast. Against non primarch lists you'll do well, might not fair super well against optimized primarch lists. Bit if you are in a more casual meta context you'll be fine

This is my no primarch list. Is this functional?

I'd strongly recommend trying to get a Siege Breaker in there to glue to the Tyrants, because they'll delete pretty much anything when they have Sunder.

(also, shrapnel pistols on tactical squads are probably a waste)
