Just a couple of thoughts/questions from me:
- you can only have one Warlord (currently you've got one RG and one BA) and it has to be the primary detachment (i.e. in this configuration it can't the BA Consul)
- relatedly, maybe see if you can find the points to upgrade the RG Warlord to a Delegatus? Even if you don't want to run a Rite of War, the no-pins ability is good too
- where's the lone Apoth going?
- the Bolt cannon on the dread isn't a brill weapon; any room for an alternative? Ditto the heavy bolters on the Javs
- if would see if there's room for an augury on the scouts too
- taking a Master of Signal, I assume you're not planning mass deep strike - maybe just the Dawnbreakers?
- assuming the BA Champ intends to run with the Dawnbreakers, you might want to switch for a Chaplain; would probably give the unit more killing power overall
