All MLBB account recovery requests must be submitted through in-game Customer Service. As Discord Moderators, we lack the authority to submit recovery requests on your behalf, access sensitive account information, or approve or deny any requests.

Since you’re attempting to recover an account, it’s likely that you no longer have access to your primary account. To submit an account retrieval form, you’ll need to log in to the game using a different MLBB account.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Log in to the game using a second MLBB account.
  • Click the headset icon located in your main lobby screen
  • Select Account Recovery.
  • Click on the Fill In option and follow the instructions provided.
  • Submit the form and wait up to 10 business days for a response.

Please remember to write down the Account ID and server number of the secondary MLBB account you’re using to submit the account recovery request. Customer Service may need this information later.
