Don’t worry I was working

So I had my old account linked to apple login plus gmails and after de ban on US I could never get it back

I was trying to play again but it says that there’s no data when I try to sign in

And I can’t get my ID number because they change the info on the game and only can see my server number

Thanks for providing me with the details of your situation.

In this case, we would need to have the account ID/in-game ID in order for us to proceed with an Account Retrieval request, so to know which account the Customer Support team has to work on.

Without this, the form could not be submitted.
