You'll need to create a new or temporary account to reach out to in-game customer service. Once the new account is set up, follow these steps to recover the account:

Tap the Customer Service icon (the person with the headset) in the top left corner of the main screen.

Select "Account Recovery."

Click on the "Form_Account Retrieval" link.

Provide the details of the account you want to recover.

Complete the rest of the form as required.

Yes, I did try fill in the account retrieval however for some reason the replies are always failed even though I put all details correctly. I'm hoping you could help me
