We operate large-scale gig-worker company for testing apps, softwares, and workflows across multiple brands and platforms.

Your role is to design reliable backend workflow architecture for our company using Make.com / n8n + Airtable + Supabase.

You will:

Build high-scale automation pipelines

Create fault-tolerant systems that process thousands of records

Implement retry logic, failure monitoring, and system health dashboards

Optimize data flows for speed, clarity, and maintainability

Own internal automation infrastructure end-to-end

You must have:

Deep Make.com or n8n experience (not Zapier-level)

Experience designing systems, not just tasks

Comfort working with APIs, JSON structures, webhooks, OAuth

Ability to document logic cleanly & clearly

Bonus:

SQL experience

Supabase familiarity

React / JS optional but helpful
