Need help creating lead-reengament chat/email AI consultant for Car dealership,

Hello, I need to develop n8n automation and a bot to capture clients in our car dealership. I want to attract more old clients. New clients go inactive after 45 days without contact. I want to create a bot that will write and email old clients who did not buy a car from me. I want a bot that integrates into our CRM system. We need a n8n bot that can write to old clients and try to knock out an answer or an apointment from them. My trials do not execute properly. It should talk to old clients and should cause a reaction or message from them. The most difficult task for me is to integrate it into our CRM system via an API key. Is anyone willing to help me? I am just working for this dealership and wanted to do it to help our sales grow. Thanks!

Yes, so basically we use a software CRM eleads. We get leads every day from customers that are interested in buting our cars. People who never responded go in active after 45 days. The idea is to capture this group and initialize lead engagement and help them come back to us. Once the response is given the bot will stop activity and it will be transferred to the human sales agent. Or maybe once appointment set up it will reenage as fresh lead. How easy is that to integrate.

Ideally I would love to create a SaaS utilizing this feature and integrate company-wise as my employer has tens of locations

I just read about your program. Eventually I want to create something similar but your solution covers very broad amount of solutions. Thats too much for a newbie like me to handle! If you don’t mind sharing those with me I would love to look into your sessions. are you streaming or doing one on ones?

you need to identify where you audience is most active on ( whatsapp , instagram etc ) and remind them on there . thats what came in my mind for now

Unfortunately US laws are strict on outreach and we can only work within certain parameters. Plus our leads don’t contain their social media info. Thats why I am looking for a CRM AI sales consultant

you need either a common place to contact them or very efficiently warmed up email system so that you dont land in spam emails. i hope you get my point why i asked that. even you can do the automation yourself but the problem is delivery of message
