The idea is to respond to all customers within 5 minutes. All our ecom stores are connected to Re:amaze. The AI agent answers based on learned data of all previous emails, the policies, example templates and in the correct languages.

Whenever it needs to be escalated or things like disputes/chargebacks it will be notified in a discord chat or email that a real CS has to pick it up.

so it will be a rag chatbot to asnwer your customers queries directly on its own based on your data or it will be a text classifier chatbot which will classify which category of customer query it is and send it to that respective representative? or something else?

We use gorgias for this 🙂 So far the AI responses are far from great, but we keep training it.

(I dont see much point in creating something outside of this for our need, as we have multiple sales channels)
