I've got a use case where I have a list of data (can be a CSV, or JSON) that has a title, description and static image. I want to create a "decent" video listicle that is for Reels/TikTok. I'm not sure what the best way to go about it is. Do I create short videos from the static image and stitch it together? What tools are most helpful?
