We want all members of the Cronus Discord Server to feel respected and welcome while building relationships with fellow community members.

We have always been proud of the fact that Cronus is a Community product. This means that the entire ecosystem of Cronus is shaped by you, and hundreds of thousands of Cronus users just like you. All support is given within the Cronus Community, so you get to speak directly to the actual developers. It is also important to remember that most <@&832272028274655323> and <@&976843319197966396> members are unpaid volunteers. Please treat them with respect and follow any direction they give you.

If you post in the wrong channel or ask why you can't post in certain channels, do not be offended if a bunch of members jump on you for not reading these rules 😉

We do not distribute or sell any game hacks, aim bots, wall hacks, or other game cheating software, and we will not do so in the future.
These things aren't possible with Cronus devices; it's a controller adapter!

Cronus Discord Server Rules

  1. The READ ME FIRST page in the new Cronus Zen user guide is mandatory reading for every member of the Cronus Community. It will point you in the right direction for every possible question, and also teaches you how to use the support system correctly: https://cronus.support/guide

  2. Do not send unsolicited DM's to admins or mods. We'd put this as #1 but then "Read Me First" wouldn't have the same ring to it.

  3. Post in the correct channel. Everything is clearly labelled and easy to navigate. Just use your common sense, we don't make it difficult. In a nutshell, if you ask for Mouse & Keyboard help in a GamePack channel, you'll be wasting your time.

  4. When asking for support you must provide the following information: CONTROLLER MODEL / GAMING PLATFORM / CONNECTION (Example: Xbox Series X 1914 / Xbox One / USBA1). Failure to provide these details will make it almost impossible to answer any questions about your setup.

  5. Selling scripts, spreadsheets, settings, or services without explicit permission is not allowed in our community. This rule is non-negotiable. Violating it will result in an immediate ban from all Cronus Community channels.

  6. Any toxicity or abusive language will result in your immediate removal from all channels of the Cronus Community.

  7. No NSFW or obscene content. This includes text, images, or links featuring nudity, sex, hard violence, or other graphically disturbing content. There's kids here - have a word with yourself.

  8. No spam or self-promotion (server invites, advertisements, etc) without permission from a staff member. This includes DMing fellow members.

  9. Do not ping or message staff or mods directly for support. If you need help, ask in the correct #channel and someone will try and help you as soon as possible.

  10. No personal attacks or harassment towards anyone. Don't be surprised if this gets you kicked/banned.

  11. Keep the Cronus Community drama-free. No spreading rumours, making assumptions, or engaging in any activity that creates unnecessary tension. Leave outside issues outside our channels. Those who cause drama from outside the server will be removed. Let's work together to maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere.

  12. The use of third-party software with Cronus Zen is prohibited, and sharing files that require such programs is not allowed. Permissions for specific applications can be granted by admins. Violations may result in immediate disciplinary action, including bans.

Report Offenders
If you see something against the rules or something that makes you feel unsafe, let staff know. We want this server to be a welcoming space!
To report a user that is breaking our rules you can DM a moderator.
Make sure to state the reason in your report so our moderators can act accordingly. This is completely confidential.
