If one was to attempt as making a semi-flavour profile of what Ferrero Rocher tastes like and put it into a Shake drink, it would totally sell out in quick time! Hazelnut Cream is quite a rich toasty flavour of Hazel with a hint of cream like one would find with Nutella Spread.
This is coming from someone who loves to take Ferrero Rocher and blitz it in a blender with icecream and (sn)milk to make a delightful summers shake.
