The forge16 version of BetterDexRewards seems to be missing the placeholder parsers for the %biome%, %spawn_time%, and %catch_rate%placeholders that are included in the default config

#

(had opened a github issue for this previously https://github.com/EnvyWare/BetterDexRewards/issues/35)
