Do the Flurry trait and Executioner's Gaze effects stack in some way? If not, the helmet is completely pointless because eventually you will be level 20 and have all traits.

I noticed this today also! haha would love an anwser. also more details in general on stuff would be great. I think dota spell descriptions do it best were if you hold "alt" over something it gives way more detail so you dont resort going to a wiki page.
