Hello, I just downloaded the game and it won't let me pick a house name, every option I try it tells me account name is invalid

I had trouble with this, I wasn't able to use my original house name from the Alphas since it used spaces and spaces don't seem to work anymore and it looked funny as OfShadows so ShadowSlayer was born.
