From the videos I have watch about the game I think I would enjoy it. but with no OCE servers and having to pay to play I think its unreasonable to ask the player base to play on 120+ if not higher ping. I would suggest adding a timeframe/goal on when oce/Australian servers would be added

Im rocking 800 mb download 4090 9800x3d and i get like 200-300 ping on asian servers its almost unplayable for Aus/NZ

Sadly I'm in aus and would get 240 ping is Singapore servers 😔 me and my group where super keen to play but yet again oce players have to suffer to play and are forgotten about I was also a huge fan of the art style but no oce servers killed it for us 😭

It’s not like this game has mmr? Surely there’s more than 20 oce players concurrently to fill a lobby.
I quite like how rocket league does its matchmaking where off peak it widens its search for lobbies automatically to other regions (I think?) I remember it doing something like that.

lol okay teething issues, gameplay feels solid so far, wish I could animation cancel melee swings so you can do more timed combos like in new world. NW has really responsive combat. e.g swing and as soon as your damage registers you can trigger an ability. Instead of waiting for the entire animation to finish before you can do a follow-up ability.
Also not sure how I feel about everything staggering, some skill expression could come from knowing when to trade vs not imo, and make 1vX feel way better. I still need to play around a bit
