I've been in the same situation for 30 minutes.

I have checked that my NVIDIA drivers are up to date, and I have also tried launching the game in administrator mode, but the issue persists. Additionally, I have verified the game files through Steam and even reinstalled the game, but the problem remains.

I had this as well and just tried logging in 5 or 6 times and it let me in
