By the way I'm using .astro-code because I want dual themes. The documentation says to replace .astro with .astro-code if I want dual themes (see image 2)
I notice every time I change the padding of my astro-code to anything that isn't 0 (image 3), I get glitched text (image 1). Image 4 shows what it I put in my markdown file.

I found a fix:
Make sure .astro-code code doesn't have padding, for some reason that glitches the text.

This seems really weird to me. Glad you found some workaround. If you want you could maybe create an issue for this.
