That's usually VS Code getting confused. You can do Ctrl-Shift-P and choose: Developer: Reload Window, which will usually fix it. If not, restart VS Code.

Its JetBrains WebStorm

Tried on MacOS and Windows also did reinstall dependencies etc. Nothing seems to resolve it so far.

Does it work in VS Code?

If so, I'd suggest sending an issue to JetBrains, as we don't manage the integration there if you're using their plugin
