#Strange development experience on Chrome?

I've switched to testing and viewing my site on Firefox, but man, Chrome has been doing all sorts of weird things recently. Sometimes it just wont update the DOM with simple things like adding DIVs etc. I have to close the tab and reopen.
Anyone else having similar issues?

Must be some caching going on. Sometimes I have to restart the dev server to see changes.
Try going into Dev Tools > Network tab > check "Disable cache"
