Checkbox filtering

Does anyone know how could I make a filtering with checkboxes?

I have an array, which I need to filter based on which checkboxes are checked, but I cannot access the checkboxes from the frontmatter and I cannot make dynamic content from an array inside of a script tag. Could someone help?
