When did you make this change to the title/description? I think google hasn't crawled it yet so it might not know about your <meta> tags

I just hosted the website 2 hours ago and then I noticed that I forgot to add the title and desc so I commited it again for a few minutes after the first commit

Ahhh ok, I think all you have to do is wait for google to recrawl your website to update the info
