content collection schema: validating the content body possible?

I want to validate that there is a certain string present in the body of all markdown files in a content collection.

Is there an easy way to add checks for the body? All the examples I found only validate the frontmatter.

Content Collections only validate the frontmatter so you would have to set something up yourself to validate the markdown body
