It's not anything new, and no one here is qualified to fix it, but I can still explain it:

I experienced a month of medical trauma in 2019, hitting rock bottom around the same time as my Nationals. It was evenly split between the hospital and my own home. I've had bad depression and anxiety since then, and this year I realized that I also have PTSD. I'm now trying to overcome that in therapy, at a time when every form of media wants me to have no faith in humanity
