A bootable Medicat ISO file that could be flashed to a USB drive with just 3 clicks using a widely popular ISO flashing app like Etcher Balena.

The current method of compiling the Medicat USB seems to be a long process, involving running unknown exe files on the user computer (most people will have second thoughts doing this), executing Ventoy, extracting.7z files, as well as disabling the real-time virus scan, etc.

Will an easier bootable ISO flashing method practically be possible for Medicat? or are there any limitations on using this method with 23GB ISO files ?

How do I download the Medicat USB iso/img file?

Medicat USB is not available as an iso file.
Previously, Medicat USB was available as an iso file. Now it uses Ventoy to run. It is currently impossible to put Ventoy and therefore Medicat USB in an iso file.

The developers of MedicatUSB can compile a working USB drive, with all the Medicat bells and whistles, and then create an ISO from that. Then it will be easier for users to use software such as Etcher or Rufus to burn the ISO to USB, without all the hassle currently provided.

You might want to update the MediCat documentation to say that disabling Anti-Virus isn't enough to properly create a MediCat USB. I had to literally EXIT Kaspersky to make the installer work. Simply pausing protection was not enough. It was for this reason that I was hopping for an ISO download, but it appears to be installing now.
