what i think is happening is that the mods youre using for 1.21.11 dont allow you to play on older versions

they expect something to be in the game, but since your game is outdated, they cant find that

so try disabling your mods and try again

if it's red then it most likely isnt in the right version, so you should try redownloading the pack you want and make sure it's in the right version

and also make sure you're in the right minecraft version

I just solved the problem

It is a server-side connection problem, when you're outside a country that has no rapid access to the Feather client servers, the connection times out

So to make it work use a VPN and select a country that has rapid access to the server, I tried with Netherlands and Singapore, and it works great with Netherlands

I cannot fix this. I've tried almost everything except allowing web helper to access the network, since i cannot find it in any folders. I have also reinstalled the launcher, which seems to have did nothing. The only thing that solved the issue for only a single launch was deleting the cache folder from feather in .minecraft, but i cannot attempt that again as there is no longer a cache folder since it is not remaking itself. Im out of ideas.
