Your logs seem to be having an issue linking your mods folder.
Please try the following:

1. Restart your PC.
2. Delete the mods folder, located in %appdata%/.minecraft.

Hello there. I have a question if anybody is facing the same problem. Ive been trying to launch feather with optifine on the 1.19.4version, but it usually gets stuck without launching (while it says that minecraft is running). In the logs it says that it failed to preload some sort of optifabric.shadow. And Yes Feather does launch without any mods.

I can't talk on voice chat, but sometimes I can, but then I have to restart the client several times, and once I manage to do that, I can't turn it off and I can still be heard.
