yes. Try to restart PC. and use a different network/VPN before opening the client again. You can also try to delete the jre and libraries folder in the .Minecraft folder

Not really a feather issue tbh since it’s a normal server, only reason it wouldn’t be working is because you’ve set it up wrong / an issue with the plugin
