Try using the Repair button in the launcher's settings, and re-launching. If that doesn't help, try disabling the UI hardware accel setting, then re-launch. Also make sure your GPU drivers are up to date.

You have a corrupted .dll file. You need to download 64bit java first. ( https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp ), check for 64bit, after that reinstall feather launcher and run it as administrator.
