Try creating a new server in the Feather launcher servers section using paper, and load it. Once it has loaded, please try copying over the bukkit.yml file from that server over to the one we are troubleshooting!

Transfer those from the other created server into the new folder, Those files are needed for a paper server.

You seem to be missing the paper.yml file, along with commands.yml files which are needed for the paper server! Please try transfering them from the new server over to the one we are troubleshooting!

Might be a corrupted world file! Or possible to many entities in a single place, causing it to crash upon start.

Clearing all entities will cause the all entities to be deleted, and as a warning, even the tamed ones. In order to clear all entitles, spam kill @e[type=!player](Ensure to not add a /.) - If the server files are a corrupted, there is no way to recover the world if there was no manual backup before the corruption.

Doesnt hurt to try since you have made a backup of the server. But i recommend using the command instead.

Unfortunately, optifabric has not been released for newer versions of the game, A good replacement for the Optifine mod is the sodium mod!
