So my thought process is that something on your computer is trying to use a file in the .minecraft folder neccssary to be modified during the startup. Could you try changing your game directory to see if this fixes it? If you need any help doing this please let me know and I'll lend you a hand. As far as I'm aware, you cannot record the screen of your game if it's in fullscreen in Minecraft (not just feather client). May I ask what software you are using to stream as I know that some have 'Game Captures' that sometimes get around this.
