Datapacks are stored inside of individual world folders not base minecraft. So get the world folder you wanna add it to (could be a server world too) and then drag and drop a datapack you got from the internet (not the launcher) into the datapack folder

If that doesn't help then just look up a yt tutorial or something

You seem to be facing the You can not create any more servers error. On the Server Create Screen, there should be a button on the bottom right corner. Press it and from there, you can delete your old Feather Client Servers and Create new ones!
