Hi there, I want to reactivate my Spatial+ subscription before the new pricing kicks in, but don't see how I can do that. In the attached pictures you can see the options I'm provided with, which doesn't allow me to reactivate my subscription. Help would be appreciated! Thx, Thomas

Hi @rapid ledge - if you go to https://www.spatial.io/pricing and click Upgrade, do you see the payment window?
No, this is what I’m seeing instead (same on pc/mac)
Even though it shows on the pricing page that I’m currently on the free plan

@rapid ledge Ok our team is resolved this - you should have received an invoice for Spatial Plus, and your Legacy Plus subscription is now active.
We enabled this for you, since you had tried to subscribe to Plus before the new pricing change, and a bug on our end prevented you from doing so.

Thanks @worldly ledge ! One small issue though: the email address connected to my Spatial account has been deactivated since over a year ago. I’ve tried updating it in many different ways in the past without success, including launching feature requests for this functionality to be enabled by Spatial. If there’s a way for you to send the invoice to my current email (I can DM you privately), or update my Spatial email address altogether, that’d be great.
