When trying to scroll up and down the list of Added Challenges, the scroll wheel is wonky. That is:

When your mouse is hovering over a specific challenge (screenshot 1), the scroll wheel works.
When it's BETWEEN two challenges (screenshot 2), the scroll wheel does nothing.

True. I always drag the scroll bar because of this.
