I started finding a lot of smaller bugs every time I do runs, so I decided if I catch enough of them in one take I'll just make them all a one-video report.
In this case, 4 little bugs that are quite odd.

no that was live branch. havent played enough beta to run into it yet

for #1 - yeah that weird camera/body flying forward thing is possible in a lot of areas in the game where you just barely fit, or get stuck on something. Can't name them off the top of my head
for #2 - Sometimes a wall or ceiling tile literally don't spawn, no idea why it happens, but it seems to happy completely randomly to a random wall/ceiling piece in the large rooms, always a different piece
